Niagara Pyment 2015

This mead was made with Niagara grapes grown locally. As temperatures have started to rise with the progression through spring, fermentation has started again slowly (the mead had already been bottled). This has resulted in a slightly carbonated mead that we enjoy regularly to make sure that it's not getting so carbonated that we have to arrange a gathering to finish off the tasty remainder.
